I was a child when I was first introduced to the real estate world. My mom has been in real estate as long as I can remember. She spent many years as a salesperson, managing broker, and instructor. Needless to say, she has pretty high standards and expectations when it comes to REALTORS®.
In 2012, my husband and I were looking for a piece of property. My mom suggested that we reach out to Pattie Palzet-Taylor. By the end of the transaction, I was working for Pattie as her assistant. I say that I learned so much through osmosis because I truly don’t realize some of the knowledge I have until I’m asked the question and ultimately reply.
Pattie is not only my team leader, but she is also a mentor and managing broker for RE/MAX Plaza in Wauconda, IL. She paves the way, and sets the standards for all of the agents that work in our office. Pattie was featured in Top Agent Magazine in December of 2020, and received the 2020 Diamond award from the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® (top 2% for individual sales). It’s truly an honor to work alongside of her.
Ethics, morals, and integrity are important in life and real estate. Pattie has always had the best advice and knowledge to pass on. Her ethics and values shine through all that she does, and has always displayed the importance of being a rule-follower. Pattie’s commitment to the code of ethics is unwavering, and I follow in her example. I follow those same rules to protect my clients as best as I can.
